Busy couple of days on this extension job, doing the Knockthrough and installing the steels. Been a dusty hard slog but we got there. Never again doing steels on a Friday afternoon 😅😅 But pleased with the team and the results 💪💪💪.

We have recently completed this snazzy garden office. Using an existing shed/garden room we have insulated. Put in electrics, insulated plasterboarded. Then we have skimmed, and used a stored 2nd hand kitchen to make some storage and even the desk in this beautiful garden office.

We started a new job last week. Going to be plenty going on in this old house. But just to start we are taking a massive chimney down over 2 floors (not originally planned, but will make the new space much better). Got a raft foundation in and walls up for an extension, kitchen ripped out and loads of prep ready for a big Knockthrough and some big steels. 🙌👀👀

So much been going on over the last few weeks on the new build job, plastering, 2nd fix joinery, plumbing, electrics, tiling, groundworks and even fencing. Loads and loads of fencing. Looking good though, last bit of plastering left to do next week and then kitchen and final fix can be done. Tiling about done ready for the bathrooms going in. There have been patios and paths laid, soil brought in. And even got the tarmac on the driveway ready for the new owners. Not long left on this beast of a project now. as always with thanks to my team and also PGL Plumbing and Heating Harrison Keenaghan Construction

So long since our last update. Wow, where to start. Well om@the new build job, loads has happened. Roofs covered, solar pannels and rainwater goods on. Underfloor heating installed and floor screed poured. Loads and loads of insulating and plasterboarding. Windows are in, glorious anthracite aluminium folding doors at the back with triangle feature windows above. Even started getting some plaster on upstairs. Next week………externals. Really pleased with the team and the subbies on this one 🔥🔥🔥🔥
