So long since our last update. Wow, where to start. Well om@the new build job, loads has happened. Roofs covered, solar pannels and rainwater goods on. Underfloor heating installed and floor screed poured. Loads and loads of insulating and plasterboarding. Windows are in, glorious anthracite aluminium folding doors at the back with triangle feature windows above. Even started getting some plaster on upstairs. Next week………externals. Really pleased with the team and the subbies on this one 🔥🔥🔥🔥

What was a bathroom, has now all been ripped out a wall knocked down and a big picture window put in its place. To make a larger room with loads of light and a beautiful view. Just look at the size of that window 🤩

Little Kitchen we have recently completed. Took out the old, minor alterations to the electrics and a re plaster then installed the new Howdens kitchen and all ready for worktops to be templated

No updates for a while, but our new build job is looking good. Roof slates on, solar panels. For the insulation on the ground floor ready for underfloor heating install. Staircase is in, stud walls built and first fix electrics are done.

Roof structure taking shape over on our new build job, the front half raised collar trusses and the rear is a traditional hand cut roof. With the brickwork nearing completion it’s really Coming together now this build.

Got the chance today to pop back to our renovation job we finished last month. It’s great to see it finished and being lived in. Was a pleasure from start to finish this one and the change through the whole house is amazing.

Feature wall with charcoal acoustic panneling and Sensio lighting. Brightness and whiteness can be changed by phone or Alexa to set any mood.
