This is my fourth year exhibiting at the Sava Residential Surveying Expo, and it never gets old.

You meet people you'd never cross paths with otherwise. You see what's actually changing in the profession. And the talks are genuinely good.

This year is different though.

Since I last stood on that stand, Surveyors UK has grown into something much bigger than a community. We've built a marketplace connecting surveying firms with the product and service companies that support them, software providers, insurers, and more. And just last week, we launched firm memberships. Over 15 firms signed up in the first week alone.

AI in surveying is going to be a big part of the conversation on the day too.
