Multi Brown Indian Stone Patio – 25m²

We have recently completed the installation of a 25m² Multi Brown Indian stone patio, creating a durable and attractive outdoor area.

The area was prepared and levelled before the Indian stone paving was laid to the required falls to ensure effective surface water run-off. The Multi Brown Indian stone slabs were carefully positioned to achieve a neat and consistent finish, with the paving securely bedded and professionally jointed.

As part of the works, an ACO drainage channel was installed to collect and divert surface water away from the patio and surrounding areas, helping to prevent water build-up and providing an effective drainage solution.

New 4-Inch Drainage Installation

We completed the removal and replacement of approximately 8 metres of existing 4-inch drainage, which was found to be in poor and deteriorated condition.

The existing damaged drainage was carefully excavated and removed to allow for the installation of a new drainage run. The trench was prepared and levelled to provide the correct fall and ensure effective drainage.

We completed the installation of a new mini soakaway to provide suitable drainage for an existing rainwater pipe.

The works included excavation of the required area, preparation of the ground and installation of a new drainage gully. The existing rainwater pipe was connected into the newly installed gully, with the gully then connected to the new mini soakaway to allow rainwater to disperse naturally into the surrounding ground

Supply and installation of a new underground drainage system, including excavation to the required depth, preparation of the trench, and installation of new underground drainage pipework with all necessary fittings. The drainage system will be laid to the correct gradient to ensure efficient water flow and reliable long-term performance.

The existing manhole cover was removed, and the chamber was inspected to ensure it was structurally sound and suitable for the installation of a new access cover system.

Plastic risers were installed to raise the chamber to the required finished ground level, ensuring correct alignment and maintaining safe, unrestricted access to the drainage system. The risers were securely fitted and sealed to provide a stable, watertight connection.

Supply and installation of a new Grey Indian sandstone patio, laid on a fully prepared and compacted sub-base with a full mortar bed to provide a strong, durable, and long-lasting finish. The paving has been installed to the correct levels and falls, with all joints professionally pointed to achieve a clean and high-quality appearance.

Installation of Aco drainage channels to effectively collect and channel surface water away from the patio, ensuring efficient drainage and reducing the risk of standing water.

Supply and installation of a recessed manhole cover, inlaid with matching Grey Indian sandstone to create a seamless, discreet finish while maintaining full access to the inspection chamber.

Supply and installation of approximately 12 square metres of Multi-Brown Indian sandstone paving, laid on a fully prepared and compacted sub-base with a suitable mortar bed to ensure a durable, high-quality finish. The paving has been installed to the correct levels and falls, with all joints professionally pointed to provide a neat and long-lasting appearance.

Installation of Aco drainage channels around the perimeter of the patio to effectively collect and direct surface water away from the paved area, helping to prevent standing water and ensuring efficient drainage.

Supply and installation of a recessed manhole cover, inlaid with matching Multi-Brown Indian sandstone to create a seamless finish while maintaining full access to the inspection chamber.

All works have been completed to a professional standard, with the site left clean, tidy, and ready for immediate use
