Jonathan Davies has been working in real estate since 1998 and is part of Pam Golding Properties’ West office, where his knowledge of the Mauritius property market is complemented by a strong instinct for negotiation and a genuine ability to connect with people. Before entering real estate, Jonathan ran his own computer company. Although the business ultimately closed, the experience gave him an early understanding of entrepreneurship, resilience, responsibility and the realities of making important decisions — lessons that have remained valuable throughout his real estate career.

Originally from Zambia, Jonathan has built a career recognised through a number of professional achievements, including Agent of the Year in 2003, Branch Manager of the Year in 2008 and again in 2011, the Lisa Desilla Award in 2005, and nine consecutive years as a Gold Club Agent. He also holds qualifications in business management and purchasing management, as well as NQF 4 and NQF 5 certification, alongside his Skipper’s Licence.

Yet beyond the awards, Jonathan identifies negotiation and the ability to build strong relationships as his greatest strengths. It is this combination of experience, local knowledge and trust that continues to shape the way he works with buyers, sellers and property owners across Mauritius’ West Coast.
