On the professional side, I hold a CONOCER real estate certification, recognized by both the Mexican Secretary of Education and the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI). I’m also licensed to practice real estate in Baja California Sur, and I’ve earned a PHD in real estate from Ronival Real Estate University.
