【 新加坡著名零售商 宣布正式进军新山‼️ 将在新山淡杯 Capital City Mall 开设首家海外 #百货旗舰店🏬 】

新加坡零售商 Mustafa Centre 进军新山的计划终于有动静了！位于淡杯的 Capital City Mall 已挂出“施工中”横幅，显示工程 #重新启动。

这项计划早在2023年公布，但因租赁问题一度卡关。如今再传进展，也让外界期待升温。马来西亚南部走廊（Southern Corridor Malaysia）指出，这是Mustafa拓展海外的重要一步。

据悉，项目投资约3亿6800万令吉， #主打24小时营业， #一站式购物，从杂货到电子产品、黄金和服饰应有尽有。Mustafa也已收购超过500个单位，打造大型多层商场。随着计划重启，沉寂已久的Capital City，有望重新热起来。
