The answer is Infrastructure, title, development and structure.⁣



Don’t expect infrastructure or development to be provided on that land you bought 1M, 2M or even 5M.⁣



Here is the following reasons that land you bought cheap is not gonna develop ; ⁣



📌Security purpose:⁣
The location is still bush, no live , nobody is living in the environment, developing a bush with no proper good access road.⁣
is not safe because thieves can steal or vandalize the materials and Whatever that is being put in the estate.⁣



📌 Cost of building materials is not funny⁣
You don’t expect developers to spend hundreds of millions of naira developing a land and providing infrastructure on a land you bought for 1M or even 10M.⁣


lol!⁣



They prefer giving you fake promises and false hope while selling these lands land to you.⁣



Once they sell it and it gets sold out, they are not going to develop.⁣



You develop your land when you have money and ready, the companies can only do perimeter fencing and gatehouse at most.⁣
