About yesterday's allocation.

We promised and delivered

When it gets to allocation, it is time to give our client the plots they bought.

This is the first batch of allocation here at Homland Golf Estate Achalla.

We started selling for 950k
With promo of buy 5 and get 1 free
And believe me, lots of smart investors took advantage of it.

We are closed on sales because it was on a rush because of the infrastructures coming in there.

Opposite us is a world bank acquired property
Our left is a Catholic acquired hectares of land for a project.
The connecting route for the Enugu Road through isu to mgbakwu to Amanuke to Nsukka, which is ongoing, has a connecting link to our estate.
And a proposed site for a private university around us.

In the next 3 to 5 years, you can't have a plot here for 5 million.
