Be a monopoly of your Client, Land or Property Brief!

Do you know the client you are searching brief for OR your colleague only told you about him but you are not talking to him direct. This is still funny.

Now imagine this yourself, you are marketing a house you have not seen, your colleague only told you it's a fine duplex, what if at last you got the client but the house is a bungalow, how would your client feel?

What am I still missing as a Realtor or Real Estate Agent?

What did you do with the client you sold Properties to?

It's a thing of joy to deliver to your clients what they need and successfully close the deal.

When you sell Properties to your client, you have opened more doors for more transactions if and only if you maintained the contact.

Note: One thing is to deliver to your client what he needs and another is to retain his contact.

When you close a successful deal with your client, he will be happy to do more businesses with you, but in a situation where you mis-managed the client's contact and once the deal closes his contact too is closed.

Now this is a good tip: when you deliver to your client what he needs, try relate with him deeper, he will link you to more deals once you are perfect in your business. Even if you did not close the deal successfully, try hook up to him and never lose the contact.

Consider him as either your business partner, thereby reach out to him as supposed to show concern and the more you do that the more he finds reasons calling you for more businesses.

One thing you will be shock of is that your business with your client may not end up just in Real Estate, it may linger as long as you maintain his contact.

Hey dear Realtor, can you for a while ask yourself this question: "What am I missing as a Realtor?"
Let's answer it for you, you are missing opportunities.
