Today at the Developers & Investors Conference, the opening session was filled with powerful insights and practical lessons for growth in business and life.

One key lesson that stayed with me:
“Never disconnect from your mentor, no matter your level of success or resources. Your mentor remains your mentor.”

Another powerful reminder:
In business, it is not always about who is right, but who is positioned, prepared, and powerful enough to create impact. Likewise we were told to stop being attracted to the results but the process.

I also learned the importance of:
• Building strong relationships beyond commissions
• Staying updated with modern building provisions and industry trends
• Never rushing into a business you do not fully understand
• Proper planning before starting any project or development
• Understanding that business is a means to an end, not the end itself

Growth is continuous, and learning never stops.

Grateful for the knowledge, exposure, and valuable conversations shared today at the conference.

More growth. More wisdom. More strategic thinking.

Dr. Stephen Akintayo gave practical teaching on the importance of real estate investment coupled with the disadvantages of not investing into real estate.

At last, we were told to invest in people.
