My Boss, Dr. Stephen Akintayo, turns 40 in a few days, and I am thrilled to live in the era of such an enigma. Every generation is blessed with exceptional individuals—true institutions in their own right. Dr. Stephen Akintayo is one such institution; a pillar that shields others, a mentor who raises up youths and watches them soar like an eagle guiding its young.

One of the greatest lessons I have learned from him is to dare to dream the impossible. In my time with him, I have witnessed him make decisions that defy conventional wisdom, only to see each one yield extraordinary results.

His life is a testament to grace: from building an organization with just 1,000 Naira to leading its operations across three continents, and standing unshaken in challenging times. I saw this resilience last year during the online attacks against his coaching course, where I watched God raise a standard against every adversary.
