POV: You said our price was too high… so you went for the cheaper option.

Then life happened.

But seriously, this is one reason we always encourage people to look beyond the price when buying property.

Before you pay for that land because the price looks too good, make sure you understand what you're actually buying, who you're buying from, and what documents back it up.

Do your due diligence. Ask questions. And don't let price be the only thing making your decision.
