He is excited to now be a member of the local Bayleys team. As New Zealand's largest full-service agency, Bayleys is the best connected in the business and definitely the right fit for him at this stage in his career, to be able to continue helping sellers and buyers on their real estate journeys. Shaun, his wife Kylie, and their two teenage children have lived in Clyde since 2006 and are actively involved in local sporting and other community groups including the Dunstan High School, Dunstan Arms Rowing Club, and Karate Clubs. Shaun and Kylie own a number of investment properties and are also shareholders in a 15-Lot subdivision (Brassknocker) in the Alexandra area, so Shaun has a wealth of knowledge that he can share with both sellers and buyers. Prior to launching his career in real estate, Shaun worked for the New Zealand Company Merino facilitating long term contracts between Merino growers and end users of their premium product, giving him an excellent grounding in negotiating deals to suit both parties. Shaun's local knowledge and work ethic are second to none and he believes that building personal relationships by sitting down and chatting to people is invaluable and ensures that he achieves the best possible results for both buyers and sellers. Shaun's spare time is spent boating on Lake Dunstan, following his athletic teenagers with their various sports, and enjoying the many outdoor activities that Central Otago has to offer.
