If I was getting my house market ready, here’s what I’d do 👇

2. Declutter. Less really is more. Let buyers picture their life there, not yours.

3. Get the space right.
Furniture placement matters. Every room should feel purposeful, spacious and inviting.

4. Deep clean like never before.
Clean homes feel cared for, and yes, buyers notice.

5. Style it.
The finishing touches matter. Cushions, texture, warmth and colour can completely change how a home feels.

Getting market ready doesn’t always mean spending thousands; it’s about knowing where to focus for maximum impact.

My advice for first home buyers - new builds vs adding value.

It’s easy to be drawn to the shine of a brand new home. Everything is done, everything is easy… for now.

But here’s the question I always come back to: When you go to sell, what will make your property stand out?

If you’ve bought in a development surrounded by loads of similar homes, and a few years down the track that “new” feeling has worn off, you’re no longer competing on lifestyle, you’re competing on price.
