Last Night's Auction Results

We brought 19 properties to auction last night — here's how the evening unfolded.

Of the 19 properties listed, 4 sold under the hammer, reflecting a clearance rate of around 21%. While that's a quieter result on the surface, auction nights like these are a useful temperature check on where buyer confidence sits right now.

A 21% clearance rate tells us buyers are present, but selective. The properties that did sell demonstrated genuine competition — a strong signal for vendors who are priced right and presented well.

For the 15 that passed in, the work continues. Many of these will transact in the days following — post-auction negotiation remains one of the most active periods for our agents, and we're already in conversations.
