Lost this listing 3.5 months ago for various reasons.

On the market for 3 months when the vendors contacted again for help. Became a bit of a complex situation - again for various reasons.

But we overcame all of that and put it under contract on the first day of signing up and sold unconditionally 10 days later upon finance approval.

This one was the power of network. The power of not being a do*****ag by not opening the property to other agents.

Worked with Angeline McKay Real Estate before on another property. Discussed this as well and she happened to have a purchaser looking for something very similar. And there it went flying.

The learning is - no matter what, no matter how difficult, sell some s**t, help people move, network with people and do all that while making it easy for everyone. And work with other agents. Don’t be greedy!

Meet the man who gave me an opportunity in a very tightly held area by some exceptional agents. Believed in me when he had some proper big, established names on his speed dial. Never doubted. Always backed me up. Always believed.

Pressure. Pressure. More pressure. But on the day, a carnival, a record price. And some really, really, really happy people. And probably 12 bottles of champagne 😂 Not sure of what happened after. What happened at Rossgrove, stays at Rossgrove.

Couldn’t happen to a better person.

While he does not look happy here, and feels like a staged hands up celebration, believe me when I say he is 😂 And it all started with the beautiful Carol Boko throwing my hat in the ring. Thank you. I love you both 💙
