🏡✨ THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM!

One of the things I admire most about these clients from Matamata, Waikato is that they never gave up.

They fell in love with the house at first sight—it had everything they were looking for, and they were determined to make it their home. ❤️

Twice, the bank wouldn’t approve the application. But with their cooperation and prayers, and my constant communication and negotiation with the bank, we kept pushing for a solution.

On our third attempt… FINALLY APPROVED! 🎉🔑
