This home has been lovingly owned by my good friends’ parents since 1990, when they were among the first Hong Kong immigrants to settle in New Zealand. For decades, it has been a place filled with family memories and cherished moments.

After targeted marketing, careful negotiations, and a five-week wait through conditional extensions, I’m delighted to announce that the sale is now unconditional!

Then & Now… Where Has the Time Gone? ❤️

Six years ago, these two brothers loved stopping beside my real estate signs around their neighbourhood and posing for photos. Back then, one was in a stroller and the other was just a little boy.

Fast forward to today, and here they are again—standing beside another one of my signs, only this time they’re so much taller and all grown up!

It’s amazing how quickly time flies. When life gets busy, we often don’t realise how much time has passed until moments like this remind us. Watching these boys grow up over the years has been such a special reminder to appreciate every stage of life.

Thank you for continuing this little tradition with me. It truly made my day! 😊
