Hi everyone. I'm back from holiday and can now definitely say "if you're thinking of going to Noumea.......forget it" !!! A lovely spot but spoilt by tardiness, poor restaurant food quality in general, expensive for everything and not value for money, disappointing shops and so much poverty. The locals were mostly nice people but....unless of course you like sailing or doing nothing all day.
Anyway, we certainly relaxed a lot so that's a plus. Time to get stuck into work again as I'm fresh and excited and raring to go. If you know anyone looking to sell I love referrals and if you know me well, I'll give them superior service and the best result whether buying or selling. Interest rates are at record lows so any potential or budding investors should call me quick as I have a couple of good options for you. Happy to meet anytime and discuss real estate and offer my 2 cents worth. Remember, I'm based in Stonefields office now but....I still list and sell all over Auckland.
