Auckland's housing market recorded its strongest June in five years!

📈 890 properties sold – the highest June sales volume in five years
🔑 Strong buyer demand continued, particularly for homes under $750,000
🏡 67 properties sold for more than $2 million – the second-highest monthly total this year

"It points to the market being in a state where buyers are active and vendors understand that with high levels of stock available for sale, they need to be realistic about sale price," said Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Barfoot & Thompson.
