Tim Mahon sells real estate for Barfoot & Thompson and works from their Milford branch. I always strive to achieve the best results for my clients.

Since 2001, I have been successfully selling real estate on the North Shore where I was born and bred. With my deep knowledge of the area, I am able to serve my clients effectively. Many of my clients have praised me for getting results due to my saintly patience. Helping people is my passion, and I do my best to assist my clients in every way possible. Real estate is all about people, and I believe that understanding their needs is essential. As a father of four, I have gained a lot of experience handling pressure with calmness. Every home is unique, and so are the potential buyers. I enjoy the challenges of marketing different properties, finding their potential, and attracting the right buyer for maximum results without any stress. Selling a home is an important life event, and I understand the sensitivity that comes with it. With my extensive experience in estate sales, I can help you navigate even the most challenging situations. Apart from my real estate work, I have a background in events management and community development, having worked for Manukau City Council. I was also a bass player for Blam Blam Blam back in the 80s! When I'm not selling houses, I love spending time with my family, walking my dog on Takapuna Beach. Another successful sale and another great outcome.

Working alongside local collegue Lina Guo, we were delighted to help our vendors continue the sale of their long-held investment portfolio as they prepare for a well-earned retirement.

With the help of virtual staging, buyers could really see the home's potential. Congratulations to the purchaser, who recognised the value and has added another solid brick and tile property to their investment portfolio. We're now helping prepare the home for its next chapter by arranging a new tenant.

🐾 Ninja was, of course, keeping a close eye on proceedings and made sure everything passed his inspection.

A big thank you to everyone who came along to UFO on Friday night. It was a fantastic way to wrap up this run of gigs with Kerfuffle.

It was also great to share the stage with Shootin' in the Dark and Teina Benioni.

Ninja was pretty happy to have me home again... although I think he was more excited about getting back to our beach walks!
