Tim Mahon sells real estate for Barfoot & Thompson and works from their Milford branch. I always strive to achieve the best results for my clients.

Since 2001, I have been successfully selling real estate on the North Shore where I was born and bred. With my deep knowledge of the area, I am able to serve my clients effectively. Apart from my real estate work, I have a background in events management and community development, having worked for Manukau City Council. I was also a bass player for Blam Blam Blam back in the 80s! When I'm not selling houses, I love spending time with my family, walking my dog on Takapuna Beach. Another successful sale and another great outcome.

Working alongside local collegue Lina Guo, we were delighted to help our vendors continue the sale of their long-held investment portfolio as they prepare for a well-earned retirement.

With the help of virtual staging, buyers could really see the home's potential. Congratulations to the purchaser, who recognised the value and has added another solid brick and tile property to their investment portfolio. We're now helping prepare the home for its next chapter by arranging a new tenant.

🐾 Ninja was, of course, keeping a close eye on proceedings and made sure everything passed his inspection.

This solid 1970s brick and tile unit attracted strong interest from buyers looking for an affordable home with plenty of potential. Congratulations to my vendors as they continue their journey towards a well-earned retirement after many years of building their investment portfolio.

A big congratulations also to the new owners. After missing out on a couple of other properties, they stayed positive, acted decisively, and have now secured a fantastic opportunity to make this home their own.

This beautifully maintained brick and tile home attracted strong buyer interest, with the successful purchasers moving quickly to secure the property ahead of several other interested parties.

Congratulations to my vendor as she begins an exciting new chapter in Dunedin, and best wishes to the new owners as they plan for their future in this wonderful home.

A big thank you to everyone who came along to UFO on Friday night. It was a fantastic way to wrap up this run of gigs with Kerfuffle.

It was also great to share the stage with Shootin' in the Dark and Teina Benioni.

Ninja was pretty happy to have me home again... although I think he was more excited about getting back to our beach walks!

Now it's back to helping people with their next move. Thanks again for all your support—it means a lot.

🎤 A shot from our recent gig in Taupō.

There's something special about playing live music and seeing people enjoying themselves, singing along, and having a good time. A big thank you to everyone who came out and supported us.

🐾 Ninja stayed with my son while I was away and tells me his supervisory duties were carried out to the highest standard.

Now it's 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, the guitar is back in its case, and it's time for 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, following up buyers, and getting back into the real estate rhythm.

🎸 A little something different from the usual property posts…

On Friday 5th June, I’ll be swapping open homes for open chords and performing live with 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗻 & 𝗞𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱.

Joining us will be:

🎸 Teina Benioni – guitar virtuoso from Ardijah & Bamboo

Should be a fantastic night of live music, good people, and great atmosphere.

🐾 Ninja won’t be performing this time — apparently he’s holding out for a better treats package.
