This one definitely wasnā€™t the easiest listing Iā€™ve worked on. It had its challenges, and there were moments when getting the right result for my vendor required a lot of patience, persistence and problem-solving.

But we kept working through it, stayed focused and eventually got it done.

More than anything, Iā€™m happy for my vendor. Selling a property can come with plenty of uncertainty, so being able to finally say ā€œsoldā€ after everything we worked through feels really good.

To be consistently placed among the Top 20 for two months in a row is something Iā€™m genuinely proud of. But results like this are never about one person.
