It's not always about real estate! Spent most of my long weekend on a digger, helping a friend with some home improvements. Before creation comes destruction!! Was a blast ripping down the old fence. Until I burst a drain pipe that is 😅. Thankfully it wasn't a huge issue and were able to get it down without too much issue. Next up, the new fence. Stay tuned...

So I'm not a car guy in the slightest and this probably took me until 1am to sort. Last night my ignition finally decided to give out!! Rather than paying someone a fortune to look at a car that isn't worth the tires it drives on. I took a quick lesson in YouTube mechanics and became an automotive engineer within minutes 😅. After a speedy detour via the warehouse to buy some completely inadequate tools. I was able to remove the ignition, tidy the parts up and reassemble it. Absolute nightmare of a job!! However through some quick thinking and resourcefulness I was able to overcome this problem. So to bring it full circle, if you are in the market whether buying or selling. Get in touch and I will approach your situation with the exact same attitude to achieve a great result.
