A unique offering and a creative pre-marketing strategy saw this property sold unconditionally.
Set on 10 acres, this gorgeous one bedroom barn conversion created and completed by our wonderful vendors, defeated the odds of what was set to be a genuine lifestyle campaign in what would be considered a fair market.
After an award-winning campaign in 2025, I used a similar tactic and a simple Facebook post on a community page saw engagement from over 40 interested parties. A few days later we welcomed five locals through the door at an exclusive premarket viewing, little did we know that that day our unicorn would walk through that door and fall in love.
That night our owners exercised their right after receiving an offer and the property was sold unconditionally and withdrawn from the market altogether.
