Richard has over 20 years of real estate experience as a sales consultant, Auctioneer, Auction Manager and Business Owner, and is thrilled to join Apollo Auctions NZ. Richard first joined Harcourts in 2004 as a sales consultant in our Queenstown office. He quickly developed a reputation for delivering outstanding service and an honest, friendly and professional approach to helping his clients achieve the best possible success. Remarkably, he placed in the Top 100 consultants in Harcourts New Zealand and the Top 20 for the South Island every single year from 2004-2015. On top of that, he was the No.1 Queenstown consultant for three of those years - and No.2 for the other nine. It's fair to say his outstanding record proves his commitment and professionalism to delivering for his clients. Outside of real estate Richard is a keen and talented musician who enjoys playing live blues and soul music. He also likes spending a bit of time on the golf course when time allows. In all aspects of his life - whether it's real estate, family time or personal pursuits - Richard's approach is one of optimal positivity and integrity. Richard is a shareholder and director at Harcourts Highland Real Estate Group Ltd and injects his drive for excellence into our Dunedin office as Manager.
