He reached out and said his niece was looking for a small home for herself and her dog and asked if I could help guide her through the process.

Just Sold – 8 English Street 🏡✨

What a journey this one has been!

I’m really proud to share that we’ve now officially SOLD 8 English Street. It was a great campaign — not without a few bumps along the way — but every challenge gave us another chance to negotiate fairly, communicate openly, and keep both parties moving forward with confidence.

It took a bit of time, but with patience, transparency, and strong negotiation on both sides, we achieved a great result for my clients. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.

While door-knocking in Avonhead looking for potential sellers, I met a lovely couple who weren’t ready to sell — but were actively looking to buy.

So we shifted gears.

Over the next few weeks, we viewed more than eight properties together, narrowing down what truly felt right for them. Eventually, 119 Gilberthorpes Street, Hei Hei stood out.

After thorough due diligence, valuations, and navigating a few bumps along the way, we headed into auction day with confidence.
We competed against two other bidders… and after some solid negotiation, secured the property for my buyers.

One knock. One relationship. One great result.
