Since our last update, there’s been plenty of progress at Te Pā Tāhuna in partnership with Ngāi Tahu Property, right in the heart of Queenstown.

Block A is now complete, while Blocks B and C are not far behind. It’s great to see the development continuing to come together, with all three blocks now well on their way to completion.

Our latest toolbox talk brought 55 workers together to focus on site safety and the successful delivery of Te Pā Tāhuna. It’s a great reflection of the teamwork, communication and planning that goes into delivering a project of this scale.

The team has also put in a huge effort to complete and successfully handover the client show apartment, marking an important milestone for everyone involved.

Construction is progressing well on site at Devonport Road, Tauranga! We are currently at the gib stopping & paint stage internally across both blocks, with exterior brickwork and metal cladding now over 50% complete.

This development features 20 one-bedroom apartments across two timber walk-up blocks. With LifeMark principles at the forefront, Devonport Road includes accessible level entry, mobility parking, private balconies, patios, and shared landscaped community spaces.

A great project to be part of alongside the Tauranga Community Housing Trust.

Structural steel is officially complete at our commercial development with the Canterbury Softball Association. We couldn’t have asked for better weather to showcase this stage of the build.

Exciting progress is taking place at Te Pā Tāhuna - the Ngāi Tahu Property development right in the heart of Queenstown. Blocks A and C have now reached roof level, with roofing installation due to begin in just two weeks. Block B is progressing quickly too with the midfloor cassettes underway and the upper-level slab recently completed.

It’s great to see this project come to life. The views aren’t too bad either!
