So far this year Romeo at 187 George St, Dunedin has been awarded the best cheese roll in the South Island, won NZ's best toastie with his 'Bat out of Hell' creation, shared his sandwiches with the Prime Minister, and now he's won the prestigious Oakwood Properties 'Tenant of the Year 2020'!

We were excited to help out The Woman's Refuge by providing the venue for this year's Women's Refuge Sample Sale at the Underground Market, 171 George St, in September. It was a great success for an important cause.

The Women’s Refuge crisis line receives a call every six minutes and the Refuge offers vital services to our community including safe houses for women and children, education programmes, advocacy, and services for women to escape abusive relationships.
