Popped out to Macandrew Bay to help Madelon White with a private viewing at 23 & 23A Porterfield Street. Huge props to Madelon for bringing me along rather than braving those stairs. 😅
It’s such a unique spot - built in ‘74, packed with cool retro character, peaceful and a massive, leafy section that feels totally private.

Drink station for the Emerson’s Dunedin Marathon🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Such a great atmosphere seeing so many different people out there giving it a go. I took it upon myself for the “official” task of chasing down all the cups getting blown away - definitely got a workout of my own just picking up the cups and dodging the runners.
Afterward, headed down to Emerson’s to catch Grant on the mic entertaining the crowd. Absolutely love days like this!
Well done to everyone who participated, you did such an amazing job!

Spent an amazing afternoon with Xiaoyan at the newly sold 3 Cranley Street, Musselburgh property. We dodged the rain while we went around the neighbourhood with ur beautifully designed sold DLs. Then concluded the afternoon by eating a delicious mango cake from Casa Valencia Bakery- will definitely be coming back! 😋
