This beautifully renovated home had strong interest - and it’s easy to see why. So much work, care, and love had already been poured into the property, making it move-in ready for its next owners.

While one buyer was preparing an offer, another interested party came forward. In the end, it didn’t progress to a multi-offer situation, as one buyer chose to wait and see what happened. Personally, I always think it’s worth putting an offer forward so you’re in with a chance, but every buyer approaches things differently!

After several days of negotiations, both parties reached an agreement they were happy with, and we now look forward to settlement day 🎉

With winter approaching, the vendors had wondered whether they should hold off and try again in summer - but this is a great reminder that buyers are active all year round. We don’t let the weather stand in the way of purchasing homes!

This Mother’s Day feels extra special - my second one as a mumma! 💕

I’m so incredibly grateful to have my daughter in my arms today. The journey to get here took a long time and came with a lot of heartbreak along the way, so I try to never take a single moment for granted.

I work incredibly hard for my family. Yes, I work crazy hours… and I’m definitely known for replying to late night texts and emails😅 But truthfully, I’m probably already awake feeding my daughter a bottle anyway!

People often ask why and how I can work so hard, and the answer is simple - I want the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most.

To all the mums and mother figures out there out there juggling work, family, exhaustion, love, and everything in between - you are amazing! 🤍

Every sale has a story: With a few twists along the way!

After originally going under offer and being extended multiple times, the contract ultimately fell through due to unforeseen buyer circumstances.

With my vendor already relocated to the UK, securing another strong offer quickly became incredibly important - and that’s exactly what was achieved.

The best part? The new owner has completely fallen in love with this home. From the warm sunny spaces to the sleepout tucked away out the back, it ticked every box and more. She’s already excited about her grandchildren coming to stay, sleeping in the sleepout, and playing on their new trampoline 🏡☀️

During the process, my vendor even received a letter from another salesperson suggesting it might be time to relist elsewhere because the property had been on the market for a long time. To his credit, he never lost trust in me or the process I have. All my Vendors know I genuinely care about their wellbeing and always have their best interests in mind - throughout the entire process and long after the sale is complete.
