Every sale has a story: With a few twists along the way!
After originally going under offer and being extended multiple times, the contract ultimately fell through due to unforeseen buyer circumstances.
With my vendor already relocated to the UK, securing another strong offer quickly became incredibly important - and that’s exactly what was achieved.
The best part? The new owner has completely fallen in love with this home. From the warm sunny spaces to the sleepout tucked away out the back, it ticked every box and more. She’s already excited about her grandchildren coming to stay, sleeping in the sleepout, and playing on their new trampoline 🏡☀️
During the process, my vendor even received a letter from another salesperson suggesting it might be time to relist elsewhere because the property had been on the market for a long time. To his credit, he never lost trust in me or the process I have. All my Vendors know I genuinely care about their wellbeing and always have their best interests in mind - throughout the entire process and long after the sale is complete.
A reminder that sometimes when you see a “For Sale” sign that’s been up for a while, there can be far more to the story than what you see from the outside.
