I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with more than 20 vendors across Waikouaiti and Karitane this year alone — including 16 properties right here in Waikouaiti.

🏡 A FOND FAREWELL AND A WARM WAIKOUAITI WELCOME 🏡

This sale marks the 💞 19th set of vendors 💞 I’ve had the privilege of working with just in Waikouaiti this year for the sale of their property and each one has reminded me why I love doing what I do within our community.

Over the course of a campaign, you get to know people so well. You share plenty of conversations, navigate the highs and lows together, and often form a lovely relationship that continues long after the sold sign goes up.

To my wonderful vendors, thank you for your trust, patience and support throughout the journey. I will genuinely miss our catch-ups, but I’m so excited for everything that lies ahead for you—and I know we’ll keep in touch.

This one feels a little extra special.

It has been such a pleasure getting to know Niki since she first moved into Waikouaiti. Sometimes life takes us in a different direction sooner than expected, and when Niki asked me to help with the sale of her home, it became another reminder of just how much I love what I do.

Real estate is never just about houses. It’s about the people, the conversations, the trust, and the relationships you build along the way — and Niki is one of those people whose company I have genuinely loved.

I’m so pleased that 10 Beach Street is now SOLD and that Niki can move forward into her next chapter. ❤️

After quite a journey with his much-loved Karitane home, I’m absolutely delighted for Selwyn that 1391 Coast Road is now SOLD and he can move forward into his next chapter.

One of the things I love most about real estate is the people you meet along the way, and I’ve genuinely loved getting to know Selwyn. What started as a conversation about property has grown into a lovely friendship, and Steve and I are very much looking forward to having him a little closer to home.
