A huge thank you to my wonderful vendor, Krystine, for a lovely review.

It has been a real privilege to work alongside Krystine throughout the marketing and sale of her Waikouaiti property. What began with her entrusting me with her home has grown into such a lovely relationship, and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her and her beautiful family along the way.

Real estate may be about marketing and selling property, but for me, it will always be people first. Having the right knowledge, skills and experience is incredibly important, but it is the relationships we build and the journeys we share that make this career so rewarding.

✨**Waikouaiti Property Update**✨

The latest POWA Community News is out, and I was pleased to pop in a Waikouaiti property update this month.

Although I work throughout Dunedin, Waikouaiti is home — so having the privilege of marketing some really lovely local properties, for wonderful vendors, is something I genuinely appreciate.
