Another couple down this week, gone before they even hit the market!

Another stellar result, after…you guessed it, another outstanding auction campaign.

I’ve always been very fortunate with such reasonable and trusting vendors and these two were no exception. The result was a testament to all the work they’d done prior to the property hitting the market.

No mucking around here, this property went into a multi-offer after just a few days on the market and is now sold after 13 days of advertising!
