When this sweet brick and tile home came to the market, we already had the perfect buyer in mind! Having met Caroline at another Open Home previously, we personally invited her to Teal Crescent, as we just KNEW this was the one for her... before *she* even knew it was the one for her 😉

With some great team work between Caroline, ourselves, and a brilliant mortgage advisor, an exceptionally quick turnaround on her approval was achieved, and she was able to bid confidently at auction and secure the perfect home for herself and the girls!
