I’ve never really wanted to be the polished version of a real estate agent.

You know the one.

Perfect outfit. Perfect script. Perfect “here’s how to buy your dream home” video.

And don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with that.

But I’ve heard the way people talk about real estate agents. I’ve heard the perceptions. And honestly, I don’t want to add to it.

I want to do things differently.

I want to step outside the usual boundaries of what people expect from an agent. Talk to people. Ask questions. Listen to different perspectives. Put myself in someone else’s shoes.

Because real estate isn’t just houses, prices, contracts and sold stickers.

It’s people.

And that’s exactly why I asked her this question.

“If you had to be a real estate agent for a day, what’s one thing you would do differently?”

Her answer?

Find someone you genuinely connect with. Someone on the same wavelength.

And that really stuck with me.

Because maybe being a good agent isn’t about being the loudest, the most polished or having the biggest sales pitch.

Maybe it’s about being real enough that people actually feel comfortable trusting you.

That’s the kind of agent I’m trying to become.

Not perfect.



Just real. And willing to do things differently.

To me, as a newbie in this industry, this is a bloody achievement. 🥹❤️

Private viewings, late nights, and working around busy schedule, but it was all worth it.

So grateful to have helped my buyers find a home they truly love. Seeing their excitement when we found “the one” is what makes this job so rewarding.
