Getting your bond back doesn't have to be a drama. Here are our top tips to make sure you walk away with every cent. 💰

🧹 Clean thoroughly - including oven, range hood, windows and tracks

📸 Document everything - take timestamped photos when you leave

🌿 Tidy the garden and sections to the standard you received it

🔧 Fix minor damage you're responsible for (think nail holes, scuffs)

📋 Request a pre-inspection - this gives you time to address anything before the final one
