Who am I? 🌟

Hi, I’m Nyressa Vincent, General Manager at Bayleys, and a licensed real estate agent with nearly 20 years in the industry.

I’ve been part of the real estate world since 2006, working through all kinds of market conditions, which has given me a strong, well rounded understanding across every aspect of the business.

Born and raised in Southland, I’ve built my career here in Invercargill, alongside time selling in Christchurch, and I’ve been fortunate to work with some of New Zealand’s top performing agents and leaders along the way.

My journey has also included leading high performing property management teams, and today I oversee property management, sales, and administration across Invercargill, Winton, and Gore.
