🌊 Coastal Retreat – High-End Airbnb Studio

A look through this 12m x 4.4m coastal retreat, designed as a premium studio-style Airbnb with a big focus on space, light and quality finishes.

The oversized bathroom is a real feature, with the large walk-in shower, floating vanity, LED mirror, black fittings and beautiful Hemlock timber ceiling.

The main living space features Hemlock ceilings, feature lighting, a ceiling fan, bifold servery window and a large side-opening bifold stacker, designed to open the whole studio out onto large wrap-around decks.

Above the bed is an electric-opening Velux skylight, perfect for stargazing at night, complete with an electric blind when you want it closed up.

The kitchen has been designed to accommodate a standard fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The client has chosen to leave out the oven, with a gas hob inside and outdoor cooking facilities to be provided on site.

Still to come is the Escea 650 wood burner, along with a wrap-around breakfast bar off the bifold servery window. The benchtop and splashback shown at the moment are only temporary while the final kitchen details are completed.

We currently have a couple of these studio-style builds under construction, alongside multiple other buildings available to view in different sizes, layouts and stages of completion.

Finished and on the move 🚛🏠

Another 9.5m × 4.0m one-bedroom transportable completed and loading up ready for delivery.

This one has come together beautifully, with the raking timber ceiling, full-height gable glazing, grooved wall linings, black aluminium joinery, full kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, and heat pump.

At just 9.5m × 4.0m, it’s a great example of how much you can fit into a compact footprint without sacrificing that open, spacious feel.

Built complete in our yard and delivered ready for its new home.

A couple of our Studio Airbnbs are heading to the foot of the Southern Alps next week! 🏔️

Each one features a combined bedroom and living area, kitchenette, cosy fireplace, spacious bathroom, and plenty of storage shelving for guests’ luggage.

We can’t wait to see these settled into their stunning alpine setting. Thanks to our clients for trusting Panorama Transportables with another great project.
