For five years running, we've been sending our clients on extraordinary experiences with our Escape In Luxury competition: Cape Kidnappers, Kauri Cliffs, Queenstown, Tahiti and the Whitsundays. This time, we're heading somewhere a little more thrilling: the 2027 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.

Formula 1 is having a moment, and Melbourne's Grand Prix is one of the world's most iconic sporting weekends.

Our team had a fabulous time celebrating our Mid-Year Awards in Kapiti yesterday. We started off at Golf for Good in Paraparaumu where the team got to show off their competitive sides, then onto The Bond Store where we enjoyed a tour of the distillery alongside some delicious Gin and Limoncello tastings before finally rounding the night off by celebrating achievements from the year so far.

Lovely catching up with the wider Sotheby's Wellington team! Always a pleasure to celebrate each other's hard work and wins!

Real estate often involves long hours. Some days are fast-paced and mentally demanding. So how do I recharge in between?

I find pockets of quiet throughout the day, even if it's only for a few minutes.

This afternoon, between negotiations and buyer follow-ups, I managed to read a few pages of Sell It Like Serhant while keeping my four-year-old company as he played with his wooden toy.

Sometimes, it's the little moments that help reset the mind before jumping back into the next conversation.

We are proud to be supporting the Foster Hope appeal, helping to collect pyjamas as part of their annual drive. Many children in foster care have never owned a brand new pair of pyjamas. Knowing that someone has shopped especially for them is a huge boost to their self-esteem. Our offices below are drop off points for new summer or winter pyjamas (aged 0–18 years). Please bring any donations in before 30 June and we’ll make sure these are delivered to Foster Hope. We will be donating a pair of pyjamas for every five pairs dropped in.
