This is the year that you will CHOOSE you!

Now, this is gonna be a long one but it’s so worth it so - buckle up for the ride😁

Sitting in a cafe in Wellington, we were talking to one of our beautiful friends this morning.
We said to her, “This is the year you pour back into yourself”.
She said, “You’re right, I can’t keep pouring from an empty cup”.
But you know what? That cup isn’t empty.
It’s overflowing with sadness, regret, anger, resentment..all the things you have left over after you’ve given all your “good” away.
So you know what everyone else gets (and let’s face it, we bleed on the ones we love the most so, it’ll be your family, your partner & your friends that get what’s left🥺) They all get the overflow of that cup.

Putting yourself first is one of the most selfless things you can do.
Why?
Because when you’re pouring into you - happiness, joy, excitement, love..you’re now pouring from a cup that’s overflowing with all the best of you!
And now, you get to pour from that awesome jug❤️

Look who’s driving the work van!👀😉
Just kidding, he failed his drivers license - again😂🐶 don’t worry, after barking out orders to all of us, he got some treats😁

So here we are just before 8am. This is some more “behind the scenes” stuff we do.
We don’t just sell houses, we oversee the whole process for our clients, from start to finish.
Whatever is needed to get the premium price for the property. It’s all part of the service.

The other cool thing about our job is that we get to work alongside some of the best people in the industry, from tradies to stagers, lawyers, photographers etc. We only work with the best. As a mentor once said to us which is our working mantra:
You don’t get good business from bad people✨

You’re not clients, you’re family!😁
How do we thank our “clients” for all their support over the years?
Hire out a movie theatre, complete with snacks, platters and loads of hot chips 🍟 (of course😉) and watch Wicked: For Good🍿🥤🎬

It was so awesome catching up!
Once you contract us, you’ve got us for life😜and we will ALWAYS be in your corner! It was so lovely seeing everyone, and when we say life we mean it! We even had our very first “clients” from all those years ago, there celebrating with us as well!

Before we started the movie, we had some prizes and giveaways to do (thats always fun🥳) but dont worry, everyone left with a gift 🎁 then, we all sat back and basically sung the movie like a bunch of tone-deaf & flat singers at a karaoke bar 🎤🤣
What a night!

❤️❤️❤️We couldn’t do what we do without your support so thank you all - whether we’ve been contracted to you, met you at our open homes, caught up at our buyer seminars, volunteered beside you at Ronald McDonald House, Salvation Army, collected for charities, raised funds for Breast Cancer Awareness, or we haven’t had a coffee or a chat yet and you’re supporting us behind the scenes - bless you, we see you and we are so grateful to have you on our team xx

Mcing for our Kaumafia 😁😜🫶🏾

Honey, once upon a time, I was an award winning radio DJ, spanning over 2 decades of awesomeness 🎤 I’ve MC’d at everything from Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park to Kai in the Park & everything inbetween☺️

So you know, I absolutely loved being one of the MC’s for our beautiful and beloved kaumatua aka the kaumafia 😜 at the Kahui Kaumatua o te Awakairangi Po Hakari, the end of year celebration for our elderly✨
You migh not know this but these cuties are a mischief bunch😁and what a privilege it was to be a part of their evening!

‼️No, I wasn’t dressed in our Sold Sisters attire, it was all about them not us
✅ Yes, I did this for aroha 🫶🏾because I simply love our elderly and looking after them is a true gift

A big shout out to Carol, Jo, Dale, all the performers who donating their time + all the incredible volunteers who made that night magical, and to our kaumatua, how lucky we all are to have your wisdom, guidance and love❤️
To love and care for our elderly is such an honour x
