Our wonderful admin team made the trip to Auckland last week for Bayleys Collab Day 2026, and what a day it was.

Over 300 people from across the Bayleys national network came together, with keynote speakers Holly Ransom, Rajna Bogdanovic and Abbas Nazari sharing insights on change, communication and what it takes to keep showing up at your best.

The team highlight – Nicola Raverty was awarded Finance Champion for Bayleys Wellington. So well deserved 🏆
