🏉 Auckland Rugby Capping Day 2026 🏉

What an honour to be invited as a former Auckland & Storm player, representing my playing years 1989–1999.

My rugby journey began with Manukau Rovers, where I was first selected to play for Auckland and continued my journey when making the big move to Otahuhu Rugby.

To return 37 years later and reconnect with so many of the Otahuhu, Manukau & other team players was truly special. ❤️ So many memories, laughter and friendships that time could never take away.

A huge thank you to Anna Richards for making this special day happen, and to Linley Te Whata for reconnecting all the girls together.

A very special trip down memory lane. Once a rugby girl, always a rugby girl. 🏉❤️

There’s something powerful about seeing the life you’re working towards right in front of you✨

Our session with Becs was a reminder that our visions deserve more than just a thought in our heads. They deserve to be seen, felt and revisited.

Creating our vision boards gave us the opportunity to slow down, reflect on what truly aligns with us and bring those dreams into something tangible. Cutting out the things we desire, the places we want to go, the feelings we want to experience and the person we want to become then putting it all together in one place.

Because when you see your vision consistently, it becomes a reminder of what you’re working towards. It keeps your goals at the forefront of your mind, gives you something to come back to when motivation fades and helps turn an idea into intention.

Manifestation isn’t just about wishing for the life you want. It’s about getting clear on what you want, believing it’s possible and then taking the steps to move towards it 🤍

A vision board is simply a visual reminder: this is the life I’m creating ☀️
