After 2 years on the market and receiving a numbers of calls, text messages and emails. I felt one day it would come to fruition. Three strong inquiries came within 24 hours.
After following up with all the clients my intuition felt there certainly is interest.
Later that evening I received a text message.
I was out at an art class so I text back and said I will call you in the morning.
I was up early and felt the time was right for that follow up call.
Which I did and we made a time and place for the discussion.
I prepared my paperwork emailed off to 1 party then went to the appointment that appointment changed my real estate career. Walked to my car and thought today is going to be exceptional day.
I’ve been nearly 27 years in the business and I have been in the industry in extremely busy times not so busy times and the Mother of it all times Covid.
As a salesperson in Real Estate I strive to succeed, make my vendors and purchasers happy with the service they have received.
