It was a bit quiet on the one and two-bedroom properties, with no groups through. It seems buyers are currently showing more interest in homes with three or more bedrooms.
On the positive side, my new Pirimai listing attracted five groups through its very first open home, which is a great result. Even better, I had three buyers through a property on Napier Hill priced over $1 million.
What I’m finding is that the strongest interest tends to come within the first two to three weeks of a property hitting the market, before enquiry starts to slow down. I’ll keep an eye on how things track from here.
Also, today I learned: don’t accidentally pull on the electronic handbrake in a European car while doing 20km/h 😬
