“Manny” for short
I was born on Portugal’s Madeira Island, raised in Cape Town in South Africa and now reside in New Zealand. My wife Karen who is South African born has two sisters who had moved to New Zealand, so in 2010 Karen and I made the move too, settling in Stillwater on the Hibiscus Coast. Catherine has now graduated as a Landscape Architect. With over 23 years in the retail and sales industry, I had a strong retail footprint in Cape Town, South Africa. Foremost as a retailer, designing with suppliers and wholesaling top-end fashion menswear and accessories, with a leading edge and outstanding quality. I am a driven, self motivated and confident individual who has gained the reputation of being a proactive operator in any field. Honesty, integrity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to listen to my clients coupled with a great sense of humour has held me in great stead over the many years of customer service. I believe that I’ll be capable of achieving outstanding results and contribute positively to the design and implementation of growth strategy within any sector, both locally and internationally. I consider myself to be a hardworking, enthusiastic and trustworthy person. My high standards and confidence, with multi-tasking make me timely and efficient with work. I am extremely well organised and with my outstanding leadership and people skills, I am an asset to any organisation and therefore to any home owner wishing to sell.
