Burpees and property management have more in common than you might think... ๐
Both require resilience, adaptability, and the ability to keep going when things get tough.
When youโre managing large portfolios, every day brings something different. Problems need solving, priorities change quickly, and sometimes you have to pick yourself up and move straight on to the next thing.
Now, I canโt say there was a lot of enthusiasm when we were collecting participants, but credit where itโs due, we got stuck in and gave it a go!
I love that when this team is challenged, whether itโs by a landlord, a tenant, a colleague, or apparently a burpee challenge - they show up, get involved, and give it their best.
Although I suspect most of them would rather deal with a maintenance emergency than another round of burpees!
