That tiny drip under the sink might not seem urgent today, but small maintenance problems have a habit of growing.

Include a clear description and photos if they're helpful.

Early reporting gives the landlord an opportunity to investigate the problem before it potentially causes further damage, and helps keep the home in good condition for everyone.

🏡 𝗙𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 | 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
The Far North median sale price was $685,000 in August, down 8.7% from July but up 19.1% compared with August last year.

There were 41 properties sold across the district, the same number as July and down from 45 in August 2025.

Across Northland as a whole, the median sale price was $630,000, down 6.7% from July but up 3.6% year-on-year. The region recorded 146 sales, compared with 171 in both July and August last year.

Owner-occupiers were the most active buyer group across Northland during the month. Open home attendance was mixed, with well-priced and well-presented properties attracting stronger interest, while lower-priced properties with renovation or development potential also drew good numbers.

Overall sentiment remained steady, with local salespeople anticipating steady or subdued conditions over the next few months.
