When homes are taking a little longer to sell, it's easy to assume the smart move is to sit tight and wait for things to speed up. But a careful market doesn't mean buyers have disappeared, it means they're being more selective about what earns their attention.👀

A home that's genuinely well prepared and realistically priced still stands out, regardless of the overall pace of the market. Waiting doesn't remove the need for the right strategy, it just delays the point where you need it. If anything, a slower market rewards sellers who take presentation and pricing seriously from the start, because there's less noise for a well-run campaign to cut through.👏
