It was a packed couple of days starting with the launch of our leadership performance programme on Thursday, networking with our National Country & Lifestyle team Thursday night then there was Friday’s conference & dinner 🥰

Just wow …. This is my 11th year with Bayleys & they raise the bar each year for the conference & dinner🤩

Last week saw a different monthly leadership in that we had the opportunity to connect with our colleagues from Bayleys Christchurch & Wānaka sharing ideas & experience
I had the privilege of joining two of my colleagues on the leadership panel for a Q&A on the topic of “Better Leaders” hosted by our Bayleys Group CEO Mark Macky
