Rental yield is one of the key numbers investors use to evaluate a property’s income potential.

🏉 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR PAPAMOA RUGBY 🏉

A huge congratulations to Papamoa College’s U16 and 1st XV teams on competing in the secondary school finals!

The U16’s gave it everything in an incredibly close game while the 1st XV came away CHAMPIONS with an awesome 31-17 win!! 🏆

As a Papamoa College board member, a parent and a local, it’s great to see these boys represent their school in our community with so much heart, determination and pride.

Proud parent moment with my daughter Sophia as the official photographer for the final - she captured some fantastic moments from a memorable game.
