1. Describe yourself in 3 words. Fun, Loyal & hardworking

2. How long have you been in real estate? Since 2013 so 13 years this year

3. What do you love most about working in property? I love relationship building and get a lot of satisfaction matching people with their dream homes.

4. What’s your favourite part of helping clients? When I call them to tell them their offer is accepted - the best feeling ever.

5. What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about your job? That we have so much going on behind the scenes. People think RE is easy and you just do an open home and it sells. There are lots of hours and hours of admin, beaucracy and work behind the scenes. You are only as good as your 'last' listing and every listing is a privilege not to be taken for granted.

6. What does your typical weekend look like? Spending time with friends, my kids, dance mom, soccer mom and of course working!

7. Favourite local spot to eat or unwind? Love going to the city to relax and people watch but do love going local too

8. What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know? I have lived in 4 countries, New Zealand, USA (Los Angeles, for a student exchange), London for my OE and then in Sydney with my Aussie hubby before returning back home with him to raise our 4 kids!

9. Best advice for someone buying or selling a home? When buying, Be prepared see a broker first, get your ducks in a row, call to view, dont rely on open homes as you may miss out, and ask lots of questions. When selling, make sure you do the best you can to present your home in its best light, fix anything you can, paint where you can and do gardens. If you leave it run down, and poorly presented, you can't expect a premium. Take advantage of our home staging - it works!

10. What do you enjoy most about working with this team? Having worked in other RE offices, what I love about Clark & Co is our team work. We sit in meetings and discuss buyers and upcoming listings to ensure our vendors get the best service. It isn't about hiding it to keep the commission, it's about discussing, working with others and selling for a premium. We have the best team in town!

11. What’s one thing always in your car or work bag? Never far from my phone! ha
